GSP tightwire grating machine is a new type clear

Gear form
The quality of the gear harrow influence the clear impact, GPS
tightwire grating clear machine, its' gear harrow not only has
a big capacity, the plug power of the gear tine plugging in
the grating clearance engendered by the moment power and harrow
gravity together when set up the steel wire, so the plug in
power is very great, also the user can adjust the plug capacity
through insert the steel wire.
In the body of the gear harrow there are two line discharge
holes, this makes the sundries can not be let off when the harrow
works.
Drive set up
Drive set up machine is the main source of the whole body, it
is equipped with strong power, set up power can reach 800kgf,
it also equipped with SEW gear slow-speed machine, low noise,
work trustiness, power overload protection includes mechanical
and electric double protection, electric safety grade is IP56.
CONSTRUCT AND FEATURES
GSP tightwire grating clear machine is made up with 1Cr18Ni9
stainless steel except for body, so it has strong erode-resistance,
the whole machine mount elevation is 60-80, main power mounted
under the body, it is convenient for maintainance.
Electric control
Electric control includes hand control and auto-control, it
also can set as multi-machine uniting control, the safety grade
for electric control box is IP56, the user can turn on the hand-control
switch when debug and maintain it, make every components act,
it can be adjust as auto-control usually, auto-control includes
single circle and repeat circle, this reduce the worker's labour. |
